Theresa Bramblett was born in Miami, Florida, and attended art focused secondary schools. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Central Florida in 2007. Bramblett’s Pieces Series is informed by the bright colors and high design of her hometown while addressing and exploring gender expectations in contemporary American society and culture. The Storm Series explores the aftermath of disasters, both natural and man-made.

Theresa Bramblett currently lives and works in Miami, Florida. She has exhibited art in Orlando and Miami, Florida,  as well as Chicago and Oak Park, Illinois.
